Do you Send Reports on Analytics?

How to track your new Rebolt website's performance.


Short Answer


You have three ways to check your analytics:

  1. Self-serve — view last 30 days stats directly in Website → Overview

  2. Request a report — contact Rebolt Support and we'll send you a PDF report on your last 30 days performance

  3. Monthly email reports — Rebolt automatically emails a Monthly Performance Report starting after month two


Check Analytics Yourself


Your last 30 days analytics are available directly in Rebolt — no need to request anything:

  1. Go to Website in the left sidebar

  2. Click Overview

  3. The Analytics — Last 30 Days section is at the top of the page

You'll see: Total Visitors, Total Pageviews, Form Submissions, and Phone Calls. Click View Trends → for a more detailed view, or View all → under Form Submissions to see individual leads.

The mobile app Home tab also shows website stats — visitors, form leads, pageviews, and call leads — for the current week, month, quarter, year, or YTD.


Request a Report from Rebolt


Want a more detailed report? You can request a PDF performance report from the Rebolt support team covering your last 30 days.

Just message us through Support and ask for a performance report — we'll send it over.


Monthly Email Reports


Rebolt automatically emails you a Monthly Performance Report starting after month two (once there's enough data to show meaningful trends). It summarizes progress and recommended next steps, and includes a quick email recap, a scorecard snapshot (posts, pages found on Google, GBP score), and a detail page with recommendations.


What's Inside The Monthly Report


1) Email Summary ("Your Monthly Update Is Ready")

A one-screen recap with wins and movement, such as:

  • Calls this month (from tracked numbers)

  • Traffic movement (quick trend note)

  • Form submissions
    Plus a short list of how we're helping (content added, search terms you're showing for, new posts/projects published).

2) Scorecard Snapshot

High-level metrics with simple guidance:

  • Google Business Profile Score: Visibility score with a prompt to connect/optimize if needed.

  • Social Media Posts: Count vs. monthly target, with a note that more posts boost visibility.

  • Project Posts On Your Website: Number of new project pages added (great for fresh, local content).

  • Webpages Found On Google: How many site pages Google is indexing (rising numbers = stronger footprint).

3) Detailed Insights Page

A deeper view expanding on the snapshot, showing:

  • Month-over-month changes for each metric

  • Plain-English recommendations

  • What we're actively handling vs. suggested owner actions


When Monthly Reports Are Sent


  • Reports begin after Month 2 (once there's enough data).

  • Then you'll receive one report each month, delivered by email to the account on file.


How To View Past Reports


  • Search your inbox for "Your monthly update is ready" from Rebolt.

  • If you can't find one, message Support and we'll resend recent reports to the best email.
