Setup:

When you first open the Rebolt mobile app, you will be prompted to enter your phone number. Make sure to use the same phone number that’s on file with your organization.

If your phone number isn’t yet associated with your organization in Rebolt:

  1. Contact your organization’s administrator.

  2. Have them follow the steps outlined in the “Adding a New User” section of this article.

  3. Once you’ve been added, re-enter your phone number to gain access to the app’s features.

Personal Profile:

Tap the Rebolt icon in the top-right corner of the app to open your Personal Profile.

TIP: If you belong to multiple organizations, click your organization’s name to open a dropdown menu where you can easily switch between them.

Below your organization’s name, you’ll see four tiles providing quick access to key links:

  • Get a Google Review: Displays a QR code that customers can scan to leave a review instantly.

  • GBusiness Profile: Displays a QR code that directs customers to your business listing.

  • Business Website: Takes you directly to your website.

  • Link In Bio Page: Copies a sharable link containing your website, Google Business Profile and social media links.

Uploading Images

Tap Upload Images to open your camera roll. From here, you can easily upload photos for:

  • Social media posts (managed through Rebolt’s Social Media Manager)

  • Website updates (handled by our support team)

The rest of your Personal Profile displays your business’s key information for quick reference.
