Overview
The Rebolt Mobile App puts your entire business in your pocket — manage clients, quotes, jobs, invoices, scheduling, reviews, and social media posts from anywhere. This guide walks through every section so you know exactly where to find what you need.

Setup
When you first open the Rebolt mobile app, you'll be prompted to enter your phone number. Use the same phone number that's on file with your organization.
If your phone number isn't associated with your organization yet:
Contact your organization's administrator.
Have them add you in Settings → Crew Members.
Once added, re-enter your phone number to access the app.
Navigation
The bottom bar has four icons:
🏠 Home — your dashboard
✓✓ Catch Up — AI daily briefing (red dot = items waiting)
🔍 Search — find any client, job, or record instantly
↕ Menu (up/down arrows, bottom right) — tap this to access all other features
Most features in the app are accessed by tapping the ↕ icon (bottom right). This opens the full nav menu: Clients, Scheduling, Jobs, Quotes, Invoices, Reviews, Social Media, and your Personal Profile.
Personal Profile
Tap the ↕ icon (bottom right)
Tap your name / organization at the bottom of the menu to open your Personal Profile.
Your organization name and email are displayed at the top. Tap the dropdown arrow next to your organization name to switch between multiple organizations/websites.
Below that, two quick-access tiles:
Business Website — opens your Rebolt website.
Link in Bio Page — copies a shareable link containing your website, Google Business Profile, and social media links.
Scrolling further:
Timesheets — view your crew's time tracking records. See the Time Tracking article for details.
Upload Images — upload photos from your camera roll to your Rebolt Photo Library.
Refer Rebolt and Earn! — get your referral link. You get $100 off your next month and the new customer gets $100 off their first month.
Connected Accounts — see and manage your connected social accounts.
Catch Up (CRM Only)
Catch Up is your AI-powered daily CRM briefing. It surfaces the most important items across your business — overdue invoices, unread leads, upcoming appointments, and more — so you know exactly what needs attention without digging through the app.
Tap any item to jump directly to that record. The red dot on the Catch Up icon shows when items are waiting. See the Catch Up article for more.
Inbox
The Inbox is your central notification feed, accessible via the ↕ menu → bell icon. It has three tabs:
All — every notification in chronological order.
Leads — new form submissions from your website. Tap any to view submitted details.
Socials — reminders and prompts related to your social media posting cadence.
Tap Mark all as read to clear the unread count.
Search
Tap Search in the bottom bar or from the nav menu to find any record. Search by client name, email, phone number, job or quote number, or physical address.
Clients
Tap ↕ → Clients. Filter by All, Leads, Active, or Inactive, or use the Filter button to narrow further. Tap any client to view their profile, contact details, properties, and history. See the Clients Tab article for more.
Scheduling
Tap ↕ → Scheduling. View your calendar with a horizontal date strip at the top. Use the Full Crew dropdown to filter by individual crew member. Dots on dates indicate scheduled appointments. Tap + to create a new appointment. See the Schedule Tab article for more.
Jobs
Tap ↕ → Jobs. Filter by All, Pending appt, In progress, or Unpaid. Each row shows client name, job title, date, job number, and status. Tap a job to see full details, assigned crew, appointments, and photos. See the Jobs Tab article for more.
Quotes
Tap ↕ → Quotes. Filter by All, Drafts, Pending Approval, or Approved. Tap any quote to view line items and follow up on pending approvals. See the Quotes Tab article for more.
Invoices
Tap ↕ → Invoices. Filter by All, Draft, Awaiting Payment, or Overdue. Each row shows client, job title, date, invoice number, and payment status. See the Invoices Tab article for more.
Reviews
Tap ↕ → Reviews. All your Google Business Profile reviews are listed with star ratings and dates. Tap any review to see an AI-generated response you can edit, then tap Respond on Google to post it. See the Reviews → Overview article for more.
Social Media
Tap ↕ → Social Media to create and publish posts from the field. Use the 5-step flow to:
Upload photos from a recent job.
Add key details about the project.
Set the location (for geo-tagged Project pages on your website).
Review and refine the auto-generated caption.
Publish to connected accounts — Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and your Rebolt website.
Any post published to your website automatically creates a geo-tagged Project page. See the Social Media Tab article for more.
Support
Tap the ↕ icon to open the nav menu, then tap the headset icon at the bottom to reach the Rebolt support team.
