Overview
Rebolt handles the technical foundation (fast hosting, clean page structure, business schema) so you can focus on the content and signals that matter locally.
Use this guide to configure your Company data, structure Services & Areas, publish fresh proof (Projects/Posts), and keep CTAs and indexing dialed in.
Do’s (What to set up in Rebolt)
Connect your domain early:
A live, branded URL speeds indexing and builds trust.
How‑to: How To Connect A Domain
Complete Company → General 100%:
Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone), Service Areas vs. Physical Location, Industry, Google Rating, and Google Place ID are accurate.
This data feeds site copy, contact modules, and business schema.
One service = one page:
In Website → Services & Areas, create a dedicated page for each service with a clear Description, benefits, FAQs, and a strong CTA. This improves topical relevance and ranking for specific queries.
One area = one page (localized):
Add up to 30 Service Areas. Rebolt auto‑creates a Local SEO‑ready page for each area, customize it with neighborhood names, landmarks, service + city phrasing, recent Projects, and testimonials.
Publish fresh proof every week:
Respond to Social prompts with a quick photo + brief description. Rebolt will publish to your channels and create a Project page, continually adding fresh, locally relevant content.
Write clear Meta Title & Description:
In Site Editor → Page Settings, set a unique title (~50–60 characters) and description (~120–160 characters) that reflect the page's intent and primary location.
Use real photos with alt text:
Upload job photos to Photo Library and add concise descriptions (what/where). Authentic images + descriptive alt text help accessibility and local relevance.
Leverage Reviews & Testimonials:
Import reviews and feature standout quotes on key pages. Maintain your Google Reviews flow and surface your rating site‑wide where appropriate.
Dial in CTAs (Goals) + Lead Capture Tool:
In Website → Goals, prioritize your top two actions (e.g., Call and Get in touch) and enable the Lead Capture Tool so visitors can act from any page.
Index updates promptly:
Use Website → Overview → Submit to Index Now after major changes and connect Google Search Console in Website → Settings to submit your sitemap and verify coverage.
Measure and refine:
Check Website → Analytics and Leads to see which pages and CTAs convert—then iterate (reorder Goals, add city proofs, expand FAQs).
Protect equity with clean redirects:
If you rename or retire URLs, add Redirect Pages (301s) in Website → Settings so traffic and rankings flow to the right place.
Don’ts (Common pitfalls to avoid)
Don’t duplicate content across area pages: Vary each city page with unique descriptions, projects, and testimonials.
Don’t keyword‑stuff: Write for humans first; use natural service + city phrasing.
Don’t publish placeholders: Hide or finish pages before indexing; empty pages confuse users and search engines.
Don’t change slugs (URLs) casually: If you must, set a 301 redirect immediately.
Don’t rely on stock photos alone: Real, geo‑specific work photos outperform generic imagery.
Don’t list areas you don’t serve: Keep coverage accurate to avoid poor engagement signals.
Don’t bury your CTAs: Configure your top two Goals so they surface site‑wide.
Don’t ignore NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency: Match your Google Business Profile everywhere (Company → General, footer, contact blocks).
