Overview

The Analytics tab gives you a high‑level performance snapshot for the Last 30 days. You’ll see summary cards for Total Visitors, Total Pageviews, Form Submissions, and Phone Calls.

Use the View all link under lead cards to jump straight into detailed records in Website → Leads.

Traffic Metrics

  • Total Visitors: Unique people who visited your site within the selected range.

  • Total Pageviews: Total pages viewed (includes multiple views by the same visitor).

Use these two together to gauge overall reach and engagement.

Lead Metrics

  • Form Submissions: Number of contact forms submitted from your site. Click View all to review each submission in Leads.

  • Phone Calls: Number of tracked calls attributed to your website (when call tracking is enabled). Open Leads → Calls for recordings, AI summaries, and transcripts.

How Analytics Connects With Goals and Leads

Pair Analytics with Website → Goals to understand which actions drive inquiries. If Visitors and Pageviews are healthy but Form Submissions/Calls are low, consider:

  • Reordering your top two Goals (CTAs) for higher visibility.

  • Enabling the Lead Capture Tool so visitors can Call / Book / Text / Email from any page.

Every form submission and tracked call shown in Analytics is also listed in Website → Leads. From there, you can:

  • Open the lead to view full contact details or call insights.

  • Listen to call recordings and scan AI summaries.

  • Copy contact info to follow up fast.
