Overview
The Social Media page is your automation-powered Local SEO engine. Set a posting frequency in Social Media → Settings, and Rebolt will send you a push notification reminding you to post based on your schedule. Posts are created through the Rebolt Mobile App in a simple 5-step flow — Rebolt then publishes to your connected channels (Website, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram) and auto-creates a geo-tagged Project page on your website.
Why it matters: This rhythm signals recency to Google, strengthens "service + city" relevance, and gives prospects credible proof of recent work — without extra effort.
Creating a Post (Mobile App)
Posts are completed through the Rebolt Mobile App. Tap + (bottom-right) to start a new post and follow the 5 steps:
Step 1 of 4 — Add Images
Tap + to select images from your device or take a new photo with your camera. You can add multiple images — drag and drop to reorder them. The first image is what appears on Google Business Profile, so put your best shot first.
Tap Upload when ready.
Step 2 of 4 — Job Details
Write 1–2 sentences describing the job or project. Rebolt uses this to generate your caption — the more specific, the better.
Tip: Mention something unique: the materials used, a tricky challenge you solved, an interesting location, or a stand-out result. Specifics make captions feel authentic and perform better on social.
Tap Next when ready.
Step 3 of 4 — Add Location Details
Enter the address or city where the project took place. Rebolt uses this to geo-tag your post and Project page, which improves local search visibility.
Drag the map pin to fine-tune the location if needed, then tap Next.

Step 4 of 4 — Post Preview
Review the caption Rebolt auto-generated from your job description. From here you can:
Edit — tap Edit to manually adjust the caption.
Regenerate — tap Regenerate to have Rebolt rewrite it.
When you're happy with the caption, tap Publish.
Publish
A sheet appears asking "Where do you want to publish?" Select one or more of your connected channels:
Website — creates a geo-tagged Project page on your Rebolt site.
Google Business Profile — posts directly to your GBP listing.
Facebook — posts to your connected Facebook page.
Instagram — posts to your connected Instagram account.
Channels that aren't connected yet will appear greyed out with a "Not connected" label. Connect them in Social Media → Settings.
Tap Publish to go live.
Creating a Post (Desktop)
You can also create posts from the desktop using Reba, Rebolt's AI chat assistant. However, the mobile app flow is recommended — it offers geo-tagging, image reordering, and a full post preview that the desktop flow currently doesn't support.
To post via desktop: open Reba and describe your project. Reba will walk you through the process.
Published Tab
A running log of every post that's live across your connected channels. Each post row shows:
Thumbnail on the left.
Caption in the middle.
Platform icons indicating where the post was published (Google, Instagram, Facebook, Rebolt website).
Date and time on the right.
Use this view to confirm distribution, keep messaging consistent, and learn which post styles perform best.
Drafts Tab
Work-in-progress posts that haven't been published yet. The count badge shows how many drafts you have. Each card shows the image preview, caption, and a timestamp. Tap a draft to finish it, or delete ones you no longer want.
Pro Tips
Put your best photo first. Google Business Profile only displays the first image, so lead with your strongest shot.
Be specific in Job Details. "Replaced all gutters on a 3-story colonial in Austin" generates a much better caption than "gutter job."
Always add a location. The geo-tag is what makes your Project page relevant in local search — don't skip it.
Post consistently. Cadence matters more than volume. Even once or twice a week compounds significantly over time for Local SEO.
Tune the system prompt if your captions feel off-brand. Changes apply to all future auto-generated captions. Find it under Edit System Prompt on the Posts page.
