When I get a New Lead, Where will I be Notified?

Where you'll be notified when a new lead comes in — text, email, push notification, and the Leads tab in the mobile app.

Short Answer


You'll receive a text, an email, and a push notification for each new lead. You can also view all leads anytime in the Rebolt Mobile App → Clients tab (filter by Leads).


Overview


Leads come from your site's CTAs (Goals, Lead Capture Tool, contact/booking forms). Rebolt notifies you instantly so you can respond fast, and stores every submission and call in the Clients tab under the Leads filter.


Where You'll See New Leads


  • Text Message: Instant SMS alert to the phone number set in Social Media → Settings.

  • Email: Notification to your business email (set in Settings → Company Info → Contact).

  • Mobile Push Notification: Tap the notification to open the lead directly, or browse all leads in Mobile App → ↕ Menu → Clients → Leads filter.


View Lead Details in Rebolt


  1. Open the Rebolt Mobile App.

  2. Tap the ↕ icon (bottom right) to open the menu.

  3. Tap Clients.

  4. Tap the Leads filter at the top to show only leads.

  5. Tap any entry to open the lead details:

    • Form submissions: Name, Email, Phone, Address, Message, Services Interested In (copy icons included).

    • Calls: Caller info, tracking number, timing, recording, AI summary, lead score, and transcript (if CallSync is enabled).


Change Notification Settings


  • Email Address: Update in Settings → Company Info → Contact (Business Email).

  • Lead Channels/CTAs: Adjust priorities in Website → Lead Capture (e.g., Call, Get in Touch, Booking Page).

  • Lead Capture Widget: Enable/tune Call / Book / Text / Email in Website → Lead Capture → Lead Capture Tool.


Troubleshooting


  • Didn't get a text? Confirm your phone number is correct in Social Media → Settings.

  • Didn't get an email? Check Settings → Company Info → Contact → Business Email, plus your spam folder.

  • Missing leads? Open Website → Leads to verify they were captured; ensure the correct Goal/form is active on the page.
