Overview


The Leads page centralizes inquiries from your site so nothing slips through. Use the tabs at the top to switch between Form Submissions and Calls.

Review details, listen to recordings, scan AI summaries, and follow up fast.


Form Submissions


Leads that arrive through your website’s forms (e.g., Get in touch, Lead Capture Tool → Email) appear here.

View Lead

  • Contact & project fields such as Name, Email, Phone, Full Address, Leave Us A Message, and Which Services Are You Interested In.

  • Copy icons next to key fields so you can paste details into email, CRM, or dispatch tools.


Calls


With our CallSync tool, inbound calls are captured from the site and appear under the Calls tab.

Call Detail

See an audit-ready snapshot of every tracked call, showing the caller and the tracking line used, precise timing ( start / answer / end / duration ), and a playable/downloadable recording

AI insights summarize key moments and intent, assign a lead-quality score.
Find a full transcript with one-click copy, so you can review, qualify, and follow up in seconds.


Managing Leads


  • Use View to open full details and take action (call back, email, schedule).

  • Use Delete to remove spam or test entries and keep your list clean.

  • Copy any contact fields with the Copy icon when you need to move data into another system.


How Leads Work With Goals & Lead Capture Tool


  • Leads originate from the CTAs you set in Website → Goals (e.g., Get in touch, Call us, Booking Page).

  • The Lead Capture Tool presents Call / Book / Text / Email options in one widget submissions and tracked calls from these channels flow into Leads for easy follow‑up.
