Overview

The Lead Capture page (left nav: Website → Lead Capture) is where you set up everything that turns a visitor into a lead — your prioritized goals, an embeddable contact form for external sites, the on-page Lead Capture widget, and the auto-reply email customers receive after submitting a form.

Choose Your Goals

Set up to 3 goals — only the first 2 will be emphasized across high-visibility spots on your site (header CTAs, page sections). Drag the dots to reorder priorities, and use inline Edit / Delete to manage each goal. Quick-add buttons Booking Page and Link Click make setup fast.

Supported goal types:

  • Get in touch (Contact Form) — collect name, email, phone, and a message. Customizable fields. Redirects to your Thank You page after submission.

  • Call us (Phone) — prompts visitors to call a phone number you specify.

  • Booking Page — sends visitors to a scheduling/booking link or embedded booking tool.

  • Link Click — directs visitors to any URL (quote form, pricing page, external app).

To add a goal:

  1. Click the goal type you want (or use the quick-add buttons).

  2. Set the label and destination (URL, phone number, or form fields).

  3. Click Save.

To prioritize: drag the dots next to each goal. Keep the most important actions (often Call and Get in touch) at the top.

Embed Form on External Websites

Want your Rebolt contact form on a site other than your Rebolt site? The Embed Form on External Websites card gives you a code snippet to paste into any third-party page (a partner site, a landing page builder, etc.). The embedded form automatically uses your current Goals field configuration.

How to use it:

  1. Copy the embed code shown in the card (use the copy icon on the right).

  2. Paste it into the HTML of the destination page.

  3. The form renders on that page and submits leads back to Rebolt.

Heads up: Clicking Regenerate Embed Code invalidates the existing embed everywhere it's been pasted. Only regenerate when you need to (e.g., a security rotation) — and re-paste the new code on every site that was using it.

Lead Capture Tool (Widget)

An on-page widget that puts all of your contact options in one floating bar that follows the visitor across your site: Call, Book, Text, Email.

  • Show Widget — main toggle to enable/disable the widget site-wide.

  • Color — pick from your brand palette (Color 1–7).

  • Channels — toggle any combination of Call, Book, Text, Email. Each can be customized:

    • Call / Text — set the phone number visitors are routed to.

    • Book — paste a booking URL or embed.

    • Email — configure the form fields visitors fill in.

  • Live Preview — the right side of the card shows exactly how the widget appears to visitors.

Auto-Reply to Form Submissions

Customize the confirmation email customers receive after submitting your Get in Touch form. This ensures customers immediately know their message was received and reinforces your branding.

What you can customize:

  • Enabled toggle — turn the auto-reply on or off.

  • Header color — pick from your brand palette to match the email header to your site.

  • Email subject — the subject line customers see in their inbox.

  • Title — the main heading at the top of the email body.

  • Body — the email body copy (personalized greeting, expectations on follow-up, etc.).

  • Delivery timing — when the email is sent (immediately, after X minutes, etc.).

Use the Email Preview on the right side of the card to see exactly how the email will render in a customer's inbox.

Visibility & Tracking

Prioritized goals and the Lead Capture widget drive the CTAs visitors see most often. To see which actions actually generate inquiries, check:

  • Leads — the running feed of contact form submissions.

  • Website → Overview → Analytics — top-line counts of visitors, pageviews, form submissions, and phone calls over the last 30 days.

FAQ

How do I edit the information requested on the "Book Now" form?

If you're using Rebolt's contact form (default label "Book My Free Estimate"):

  1. Go to Website → Lead Capture.

  2. Find the "Book Now" goal and click Edit.

  3. Toggle fields on/off or set Required; adjust labels/placeholders.

  4. Click Save.

If you're using an external booking tool (Jobber, Calendly, Booking Koala): edit the fields in your booking provider, then update the embed code in Website → Lead Capture → Booking Page → Edit.

Will regenerating the embed code break the form on my partner site?

Yes. Regeneration invalidates the previous embed everywhere. Re-paste the new code on every site that was using it.
