Configure the foundations of your site domain, call tracking, search indexing, analytics/ads pixels, redirects, and lead handoff.

Overview


The Website Settings page centralizes the technical foundations of your site so it stays live, measurable, and connected to your marketing stack. From here you can:

  • Set Redirect Pages (301s) for retired URLs.

  • Connect a Custom Domain so your site lives at your brand URL.

  • Link Google Search Console to submit your sitemap and notify search engines.

  • Enable CallSync for AI-powered call tracking, transcription, and lead scoring.

  • Add measurement IDs in Tracking and Custom Code (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, Meta Pixel).

  • Send new leads to a third-party system via Lead Webhook.


How to Access Website Settings


Two ways to get to the same page:

  • From the Website section: Left nav → Website → Website Settings.

  • From Settings: Click the gear icon in the top-right → Settings sidebar → Marketing → Website Settings.


Redirect Pages (301s)


Rebolt will clean up old URLs and preserve SEO when you reorganize pages.

How to set a redirect:

  1. In Old Path, enter the retired URL (e.g., /test-page or /services/garage-door-repair).

  2. In Redirect to Path, pick the live destination (e.g., / for Home, or any other live page).

  3. Use the right-side controls to add (+), remove (−), or save the rule.

When to use: After renaming pages, merging content, or migrating from another site.


Custom Domain


Point your domain to Rebolt so customers see your site at your brand URL.

You can either:

  • Share domain access with the Rebolt team and we'll connect it for you.

When connected, the card shows Domain Connected (green checkmark + your domain name), and your site goes live at the specified address. Use Disconnect to remove the domain connection and disable the website if needed.


Google Search Console Integration


Rebolt automatically connects to Google Search Console to submit your XML sitemap, notify search engines when pages change, and for reporting.

Why connect: Faster indexing, better coverage reporting, and visibility into how Google sees your site.


CallSync (AI Call Tracking)


Turn every phone call into actionable intelligence.

What CallSync does:

  • Automatic call tracking numbers — instantly provisions a local tracking number that forwards to your business line.

The card shows:

  • FORWARDING NUMBER — the tracking number that appears on your site (e.g., (706) 480-1924).

  • YOUR LINE — the underlying business line calls actually route to (e.g., (706) 218-8060), plus the address used for the number.

  • Toggles for Recorded, Scored, Summarized, and Tracked.

Note: There's an optional "Play Recording Notice" setting available for CallSync (some jurisdictions require this).


Tracking and Custom Code


Add IDs for analytics and advertising. Rebolt injects these site-wide — no need to paste full scripts.

Fields include:

  • Google Analytics ID

  • Google Tag Manager ID

  • Google Ads ID and Google Ads Conversion Label (for form submissions)

  • CallRail Script ID (if applicable)

  • Meta Pixel ID

  • Custom JavaScript (no <script> tags needed)

  • Custom CSS

Important: Enter the IDs only — not entire code snippets. Click Save after changes.


Lead Webhook


Send new lead data to a third-party system (CRM, helpdesk, Zapier, etc.).

Setup:

  1. Paste your Webhook URL.

  2. Click Save. New leads will POST to that endpoint for downstream automation.


Pro Tips


  • Make one change at a time and Save per card to avoid overwriting.

  • Keep tracking IDs organized in a password manager so your team can maintain them.

  • After adding pages or making major content changes, re-submit to IndexNow via Website → Overview for faster discovery.

  • Test the Lead Webhook with a fake submission before relying on it — confirm payloads arrive in the destination system as expected.
