Overview
The Schedule tab is your centralized calendar for all appointments across your team. It's designed for service-based businesses that need to track visits, assign crew, and manage availability without juggling a separate calendar app.
Appointments scheduled here are linked to jobs, so changes made in the Schedule tab sync back to the job detail page — and vice versa. You can manage your schedule on desktop or from the Rebolt Mobile App.
On desktop: Go to Schedule in the left nav. On mobile: Open the app, tap the ↕ icon (far right of the bottom bar), then select Scheduling.
Tip: You can also manage your schedule through Reba (AI chat) — schedule, reschedule, cancel, and check crew availability without opening this tab. See Reba – Your AI Assistant in Rebolt.
What You Can Schedule
Appointment types available:
Estimate — an initial site visit to assess the job and provide a quote.
Service Call — a scheduled work visit.
Out of Office — time off, breaks, or unavailable blocks for crew.
Follow Up — internal or client follow-up appointments.
Each appointment includes a date/time range, appointment type, and assigned crew member.
Views Available (Desktop)
Switch between multiple calendar views depending on how you plan:
Day view — focus on a single day.
4-day view — short-term planning across a few days.
Week view — full weekly workload at a glance.
Month view — high-level scheduling overview.
Filter by team member or appointment type to focus on what's relevant.
Create a New Appointment (Desktop)
Go to Schedule in the left nav.
Click New Appointment (top-right).
Select date, start time, and end time.
Choose an appointment type (Estimate, Service Call, Out of Office, Follow Up).
Select the client.
Assign to a crew member.
Click Continue to save.
The appointment appears immediately on the calendar and on the linked job's detail page.
Schedule on Mobile
On the Rebolt Mobile App, appointments are managed through the Jobs tab rather than a separate calendar view. When creating or editing a job, you set the appointment directly — choosing the type (Estimate or Service call), duration, date, and crew member.
This makes the mobile flow fast for field use: open the app, create a job, schedule the appointment, and you're done — without navigating to a separate calendar screen.
Appointments you schedule on mobile appear on the desktop Schedule tab immediately, so the calendar stays in sync across both.
Unscheduled Jobs Side Rail (Desktop)
The Unscheduled Jobs side rail on the right side of the Schedule page lets you schedule appointments for unscheduled jobs without leaving the calendar.
Selecting an unscheduled job pre-populates the appointment form — you can still adjust date, time, assignee, or type before saving.
If there are no unscheduled jobs, the side rail closes automatically.
How to use it:
Open Schedule.
Click an unscheduled job in the right rail to prefill a new appointment.
Adjust any fields as needed and save.
Tips
Use the mobile app for same-day scheduling. If you're in the field and need to book a follow-up or service call, creating it through the Jobs tab on mobile is the fastest path.
Use Out of Office to block crew availability. Accurate blocking prevents double-booking and keeps the schedule trustworthy for the whole team.
Use the Unscheduled Jobs rail at the start of the week. Batch-scheduling new jobs from the rail is faster than opening each job individually.
Filter by crew member to review one person's day without the noise of the full team calendar.
