Overview
The Schedule feature in Rebolt lets you create, view, and manage appointments — all in one place. It's designed for service-based businesses that need a simple, centralized way to:
Track appointments
Assign jobs or estimates to team members
Manage availability and time off
View schedules across different time ranges
You can schedule different types of appointments, assign team members, and switch between day, multi-day, week, or month views.

What You Can Schedule
When creating a new appointment, you can choose from different appointment types, including:
Estimate — assessment or quote visits
Service Call — scheduled service appointments
Out of Office — time off, breaks, or unavailable periods
Follow Up — internal or customer follow-up appointments
Each appointment includes:
Date and time range
Appointment type
Assigned team member
Views Available
Switch between multiple calendar views depending on how you prefer to plan:
Day view — focus on a single day
4-day view — short-term planning
Week view — weekly workload overview
Month view — high-level scheduling view
You can also filter appointments by:
Team member
Appointment type
Create a New Appointment
Go to CRM → Schedule in your Rebolt dashboard.
Click New Appointment in the top-right corner.
Select date, start time, and end time.
Choose an appointment type (Estimate, Service Call, Out of Office, Follow Up).
Select or create the customer.
Assign the appointment to a team member.
Click Continue and save.
The appointment will immediately appear on the schedule.
Unscheduled Jobs Side Rail
The Unscheduled Jobs side rail on the right side of the Schedule page lets you schedule appointments for unscheduled jobs without leaving the calendar.
All fields in the side rail are editable before you save.
The side rail is a prefill — selecting an unscheduled job pre-populates the appointment form, and you can still adjust date, time, assignee, or type before creating.
If there are no unscheduled jobs, the side rail automatically closes.
How to use it:
Open CRM → Schedule.
If you have unscheduled jobs, the side rail is visible on the right.
Click an unscheduled job to prefill a new appointment with that job's details.
Adjust any fields as needed and save.
Calendar Integrations
At this time:
The Schedule feature does not sync with external calendars (such as Google Calendar or Outlook).
All appointments are managed inside Rebolt only.
External calendar integrations are planned for a future version of the Schedule feature.
Tips
Use Out of Office appointments to block availability for vacations, breaks, or unavailable hours — this keeps schedules accurate and avoids double-booking.
Use the Unscheduled Jobs side rail to batch-schedule new jobs at the start of the week.
Filter by team member when you need to look at one person's day at a glance.
