What is Reba?


Reba is Rebolt's built-in AI assistant. Instead of clicking through menus, you can simply ask Reba a question or to take action - create a quote, check your schedule, post to social media, or pull up business stats - all from a single chat interface inside your dashboard.

Reba understands plain English, so there's no special syntax to learn. Just describe what you need and Reba handles it.


How to Use Reba


  1. Open your Rebolt dashboard.

  2. Click the Reba chat icon (bottom left corner of the screen).

  3. Type your request in plain English.

  4. Reba will take action or ask any clarifying questions needed.

Reba is currently available on desktop (web). Mobile access is coming soon.


CRM: Clients, Quotes, Jobs & Invoices


Reba has full access to your CRM so you can manage the core of your business without leaving the chat.

Clients

Calendar & Scheduling


Reba can interact directly with your calendar so you can manage your schedule through conversation.

You can ask Reba to:

  • Schedule appointments — create new appointments for clients or jobs

  • Reschedule appointments — move existing appointments to a new date or time

  • Cancel appointments — remove an appointment from the calendar

  • Update appointment notes — add or edit notes on any appointment

  • Check crew availability — see when your team members are free before booking

Example prompts:

  • "Schedule a service call for John Smith on Friday at 9am"

  • "Who on my crew is free Thursday afternoon?"

  • "Reschedule my 2pm appointment tomorrow to 4pm"

  • "Cancel the estimate for Sarah Jones next Monday"

You can also manage scheduling manually via CRM → Schedule.


Business Data & Insights


Reba supports natural language querying of your business data. You can ask questions about your activity over any time period and get answers instantly — no spreadsheets or reports needed.

Example questions you can ask Reba:

  • "How many appointments do I have next week?"

  • "How many invoices did I send in February?"

  • "What was my biggest job last year?"

  • "How many quotes did I send this month?"

  • "Which client gave me the most revenue this quarter?"

  • "What's the average value of jobs I've completed this year?"

Reba translates your question into a database query behind the scenes and returns a plain-English answer. Queries are scoped to your business only — never to other Rebolt customers' data.

Tips for better answers:

  • Be specific about the time window. "Last month" is unambiguous; "recently" is not. Both relative ("next week", "this quarter") and specific ("February 2026", "Q4 last year") date phrasing work.

  • Name the entity. Saying "jobs" or "invoices" helps Reba scope the right data.

  • For "biggest" / "smallest" / "top", specify the metric — by revenue? by quantity? by hours? — when it's not obvious.

  • Ask follow-ups. If Reba's first answer isn't quite right, refine the question — Reba keeps context across the conversation.

FAQ about data queries:

  • What if Reba returns the wrong number? Try rephrasing with a specific time range and exact entity name. If you still see issues, share the question with support — accuracy is something we're actively improving.

  • Can I export the answer to CSV? Yes for client data — ask Reba to export and it will generate a CSV. For other query types, CSV export is expanding. You can also copy text answers manually or open the relevant dashboard for a downloadable view.

  • Will Reba show charts? Chart visualizations are planned for a future release.

  • What can I query? Most CRM data — appointments, quotes, invoices, jobs, clients, and leads. If you're unsure, just ask — Reba will tell you if it can't answer.


Social Media Posting


Reba can create and publish social media posts for completed jobs and projects directly to your connected accounts — no need to open the Social Media Manager manually.

Important: Reba's social posting is designed for sharing completed job and project work — not for creating promotional content, marketing materials, or advertisements. Rebolt does not design or create marketing content (e.g., coupons, promotions, flyers) on your behalf. For those, use an external design tool like Canva and post the resulting image through the Social Media flow.

What's supported:

  • Attach up to 5 images per post

  • Choose which social channels to post to

  • Describe the job and Reba generates a caption

Current limitations:

  • Video uploads are not yet supported via Reba

  • Image reordering is not available (posts in the order you attach them)

  • Promotional/marketing content is outside Reba's scope


Multiple Properties for Clients


Reba can create multiple properties for a client. This is useful when a client has more than one service address — for example, a property management company with multiple locations.

Each property can be assigned as a billing or service address on quotes, jobs, and invoices.

Not sure where a feature lives in the dashboard? Just ask Reba.

Reba will navigate you directly to the right page in your dashboard.
