How Do I Share Photos with Rebolt?

The best ways to get photos to Rebolt for use on your website — mobile app upload, desktop upload, or email.

Short Answer:

There are three ways to share photos with Rebolt. The mobile app is the best option — it's the fastest, keeps photo quality high, and lets you tag images by service so our team knows exactly where to place them. After uploading via any method, send a note to Support and we'll update your website.

Option A: Mobile App (Recommended) ⭐

The fastest and easiest way to share photos — right from the field after a job is done.

  1. Log in to the Rebolt Mobile App.

  2. Tap the ↕ icon (bottom-right corner) to open the menu.

  3. Tap your name / profile section.

  4. Tap Upload Images.

  5. Select clear, high-quality photos from your device.

  6. (Optional) Tag photos by service — this helps our team know where to place them on your site.

  7. Once uploaded, message Support to let us know they're ready (see below).

Why this is the best option: Photos go directly into your Rebolt gallery at full quality, and service tagging gives our team the context needed to place them in the right spot on your website — no back-and-forth needed.

Option B: Desktop Upload

Upload photos directly from your computer via Website → Photos.

  1. Go to Website → Photos in your Rebolt dashboard.

  2. Click Upload Photos and select your images.

  3. Organize by service section if prompted.

  4. Once uploaded, message Support to let us know (see below).

Option C: Email

If you prefer, email photos directly to [email protected].

  1. Attach your original photos (avoid screenshots when possible — original files keep the best quality).

  2. Include a short description: what was done (service), where (city/area), and any context (e.g., before/after).

  3. Let us know where to use them (e.g., "Add to gallery," "Use on Roof Installation page," "Create a Project").

Tip: Use the subject line format: "Photos – [Service] in [City] – [Your Business Name]"

Large batches: Share a Google Drive or Dropbox folder link instead of multiple large attachments.

After Uploading: Let Us Know

Uploading photos to your Rebolt gallery doesn't automatically update your website — our team makes those placements manually to ensure photos are placed in the right sections.

Once you've uploaded, open a Support ticket (via the headset icon in the app or dashboard) and let us know:

  • That new photos are in your gallery

  • Which service or page they're for (if you didn't tag them)

  • Any specific placement notes (e.g., "hero image," "gallery section on the Windows page")

We'll confirm once the update is live.
