Overview


Set up to 3 goals, only the first 2 will be shown across high-visibility spots on your site.
Drag the dots to reorder priorities, and use inline Edit/Delete to manage each goal. Quick-add options like Booking Page and Link Click make setup fast.

Lead Capture Tool: An on-page widget that puts all contact methods in one bar (Call, Book, Text, Email) that will show across your website.


Goal Types


Rebolt supports several goal types you can configure:

  • Get in touch (Contact Form): Collect name, email, phone, and a message.

  • Call us (Phone): Prompt visitors to call your business.

  • Booking Page: Send visitors to your scheduling/booking link.

  • Link Click: Direct visitors to any URL (quote form, pricing page, external app, etc.).


Add a Goal


  1. From Website → Goals, choose a template like Booking Page or Link Click.

  2. Set the label and destination (URL or phone number).

  3. Click Save to add it to your list.


Prioritize Goals


  • Drag the dots next to each goal to change the order.

  • Your top two goals are emphasized across the site (header modules, page sections, and other call-to-action areas).

  • Keep the most important actions (often Call and Get in touch) at the top.


Lead Capture Tool


Enable an on-page widget that lets visitors choose how to contact you.

  • Show Widget: Turn this on to display the Lead Capture Tool on your site.

  • Channels: Toggle any combination of Call, Book, Text, and Email.

  • Customize: For each channel, set the button label and configure the destination or form fields (e.g., phone number for Call/Text, booking URL for Book, fields for the Email form).

  • Preview: A live preview shows how the multi-option contact bar will appear to visitors.

This tool complements your Goals by making your preferred contact methods instantly available in one place.


Edit or Remove


  • Edit: Update the label, destination, or details for any goal.

  • Delete: Remove goals you no longer need. You can re-add them any time using the quick-add buttons.


Visibility & Tracking


Prioritized goals and the Lead Capture Tool drive the CTAs visitors see most often, helping them take action quickly.
Review performance in your Leads and Analytics pages to understand which actions generate the most inquiries.


FAQ


How Do I Edit The Information Requested On The "Book Now" Form?

There are two common setups. Choose the one you use:

A) Using Rebolt’s Contact Form (Named "Book My Free Estimate" by default)

  1. Go to Website → Goals.

  2. Find the "Book Now" goal ("Book My Free Estimate" by default) and click Edit.

  3. Update the Form Fields (Name, Email, Phone, Message):

    • Toggle fields on/off (where available) or set Required.

    • Adjust labels/placeholders as needed.

  4. Save. Your homepage and other CTA areas will use the updated fields.

Need additional/advanced fields? Consider embedding an external booking tool—see option B.

B) Using a Booking Tool (Jobber, Calendly, etc.)

If you have embedded an external form on your your “Book Now” section (via "Booking Page" goal)

  1. Edit the fields in your booking provider (Jobber/Calendly/Booking Koala/etc.).

  2. In Rebolt, go to Website → Goals → Booking Page → Edit.

  3. Paste the updated embed code from your provider.

  4. Save and test on desktop and mobile.

Form questions for external tools are controlled in that tool; Rebolt displays the embed code you provide.
