Short Answer
You’ll edit your form in Website → Goals.
If you use Rebolt’s built-in form, open your Book Now goal and adjust the Form Fields there.
If you embedded an external booking tool (Jobber/Calendly/etc.), edit fields in that tool, then update the Booking Page embed in Rebolt.
Overview
Rebolt supports two common setups for “Contact Us” / “Book Now”:
Rebolt Contact Form (default button label often “Book My Free Estimate”).
External Booking Tool embedded on your Booking Page (e.g., Jobber, Calendly, Booking Koala).
Choose the option below that matches your setup.
Option A: Rebolt Contact Form (Named “Book My Free Estimate” by Default)
Go to Website → Goals.
Find the Book Now goal (label may show as “Book My Free Estimate”) and click Edit.
In Form Fields, update what you collect (e.g., Name, Email, Phone, Message):
Toggle fields on/off (where available) or set Required.
Adjust labels/placeholders for clarity.
Click Save. Your updated fields will appear wherever that CTA renders (homepage modules, site header/sections, etc.).
Need more complex fields (dropdowns, multi-step, etc.)? Consider Option B to embed a dedicated booking tool.
Option B: External Booking Tool (Jobber, Calendly, BookingKoala, etc.)
If your “Book Now” opens an embedded booking form:
Edit form questions inside your booking provider (Jobber/Calendly/etc.).
In Rebolt, go to Website → Goals → Booking Page → Edit.
Paste your provider’s updated embed code (or booking URL).
Save, then test the page on desktop and mobile to confirm the new fields are live.
Form fields for external tools are controlled in that tool; Rebolt simply displays the embed you provide.
Notes & Troubleshooting
Not seeing changes? Clear cache and refresh the live page; confirm you saved the correct Goal.
Embed too narrow/cut off? Ensure the container is full-width and that the iframe uses
