Yes. Rebolt includes a built-in Auto-reply to form submissions feature. You can automatically send a confirmation email to new leads after they submit a form on your website.


Overview


In your Rebolt website, you can automatically send a confirmation or follow-up email as soon as a visitor submits a form.

This helps you:

  • Provide a professional, instant reply without manual work

  • Confirm the request was received

  • Set expectations on response time

The auto-reply email is customizable and can be sent immediately, one hour later, or the next day.


Steps (Enable Auto-Reply to Form Submissions)


  1. In your Rebolt dashboard, go to Website → Lead Capture.

  2. Scroll to Auto-reply to form submissions.

  3. Toggle the feature ON.

  4. Customize the email:

    • Header color

    • Email subject

    • Title

    • Body message

  5. Choose when to send the email:

    • Immediately (Recommended)

    • 1 hour later

    • Next day

  6. Click Save.

Your leads will now automatically receive a confirmation email after submitting the form.

Note: Dynamic placeholders (such as first name or business name) are automatically replaced based on the information submitted in the form.


Tip


After saving, submit a test form to verify:

  • The email is sent at the correct time

  • The content and formatting look right on desktop and mobile
