What Is Catch Up?
Catch Up is Rebolt's CRM action queue β think of it like Tinder for your CRM. It surfaces the things that need your attention (new leads, pending quotes, overdue invoices, upcoming jobs) as a swipeable card feed, so you can work through your to-do list quickly without digging through tabs.
Catch Up is available on both desktop and mobile.
How It Works
Each card represents an item that needs an action. You can:
Swipe right (or click a CTA) β take an action on the item
Swipe left β skip the item for now
Work through the queue at your own pace. Skipped items may resurface later.
Desktop
On desktop, Catch Up is organized into tabs across the top:
Leads
Quotes
Jobs
Invoices
Each tab shows a count of pending items. Cards display the client name, item details, and relevant context. Available CTAs depend on the item type β common actions include:
Mark as contacted
Create quote
Lost
Skip
Mark as paid
Create invoice
Mobile
On mobile, Catch Up shows a counter at the top ("X items left") and presents cards one at a time. Swipe through your queue or tap the action buttons overlaid on each card. Common actions available from the mobile card include:
Schedule appointment
Create a quote
Create invoice
Mark as paid
Lost and Contacted buttons appear at the bottom of each card.
