Welcome to Rebolt!
To ensure a seamless transition and keep your business running smoothly, you’ll need to export your current data from Housecall Pro. This guide outlines the specific steps and files required to move your information into the Rebolt CRM.
Before You Begin
To ensure complete compatibility with Rebolt, all files must be exported in CSV format.
1. Export Your Clients
Migrating your client database is the first step in setting up your Rebolt account.
Select Customers on the top navigation bar.
Select Customers from the menu on the left.
In the Action menu, select Export.
Confirm your email address.
Download the file directly from your email inbox.
Required Fields:
Client Name, Email, and Phone.
Company Name (if applicable).
Billing Address and Service Address.
Note: After the export, please indicate which address Rebolt should use as the primary address. Housecall Pro Help Article: Export Customers
2. Export Jobs
Exporting your job records allows us to maintain your service history.
Click Customers from the top navigation bar.
Select Jobs on the left menu.
In the Actions dropdown menu, select Export.
Verify your email and download the file from your inbox.
Critical Requirement: The Job Number is essential for associating quotes and invoices to the correct job.

3. Export Price Book
Your Price Book migration involves exporting both services and materials.
Click on the Gear Icon to open Settings.
Select Price Book from the settings menu.
Click Services to export your service list.
Click on Materials to export your materials list.
Combine these two files into one CSV before sending.

4. Final Steps: Submitting Your Data
Once you have gathered your CSV files, please follow these steps to complete your migration:
Contact Support: Reach out to the Rebolt Support team via Chat or email at [email protected].
Attach Your Files: Attach your Clients.csv, Jobs.csv, and Price_Book.csv files.
Request Import: Ask our team to begin the manual import process.
Data Structure Requirements:
Emails must be included for all Clients.
Job Numbers are critical; if they are missing, we may not be able to automatically attach your history during migration.
Our team handles the data upload manually to ensure everything maps correctly to your new Rebolt account.
