What Is the Pricebook?
The Pricebook is your catalog of services and products that you can add as line items when building quotes and invoices. It lives in Settings → Website → Pricebook.
How It Grows
Your Pricebook grows automatically as you work. Any time you type a new line item on a quote or invoice and save it, Rebolt adds that item to your Pricebook for future use. You don't need to pre-populate it manually — it builds itself over time.
Importing Your Pricebook
If you're migrating from another platform, you have several import options:
Jobber: Your Pricebook transfers automatically as part of the Rebolt migration process. No manual steps required.
CSV / Housecall Pro: Manual import is available. Contact your Rebolt onboarding rep to have your catalog imported from a CSV or Housecall Pro export.
QuickBooks-style CSV: Reba, Rebolt's AI assistant, can import items from a QuickBooks-formatted CSV. Ask Reba to import your price list and attach the file.
Managing Pricebook Items
Inside Settings → Website → Pricebook you can:
View all saved items with their names and prices
Edit item names and default prices
Delete items you no longer use
Add new items manually
Using Pricebook Items on Quotes & Invoices
When adding a line item to a quote or invoice, start typing the item name and Rebolt will suggest matching items from your Pricebook. Select one to auto-fill the name and price. You can always adjust the price or quantity on the individual quote or invoice without affecting your Pricebook.
