Overview

The Leads tab aggregates every inquiry that comes through your Rebolt website and tracked numbers. Use it to:

  • Scan new leads in chronological order

  • Open a lead to view contact info and form submission

  • Check the call log for that contact (when calls route through your CallSync tracking numbers)

This keeps your pipeline organized and makes follow-up a one-click task.

Lead List

The left navigation includes a Leads icon. Click it to open your list.

What you’ll see:

  • Chronological feed of leads with name and recent activity time

  • Each row is clickable to open full details

Tip: Use the list to prioritize same-day follow ups.

Lead Details

Inside a lead, you’ll land on the Lead Details view.

Sections you’ll use:

  • Basic Info: Name, Primary Phone, Primary Email, and Address, each with a copy icon so you can paste into texts, emails, CRMs, or job apps.

  • Submission :The message and fields captured from your website form (e.g., notes, address, city/ZIP, date submitted).

This view is ideal for quoting, scheduling, and adding notes in your external systems.

Call History

Switch to the Call History tab to see calls associated with this contact.

  • When this person calls one of your CallSync tracking numbers, those calls will appear here.

  • If no calls exist yet, the panel will indicate there are no calls.

Use Call History to confirm outreach attempts, missed calls, and timing.

Pro Tips

  • Respond Fast: Aim to contact new leads within minutes, conversion rates are highest early.

  • Keep Your CRM In Sync: Use the copy icons to move phone/email into your job or CRM tool.

  • Match Forms To Calls: If a call comes in later, open the same lead so the record stays consolidated.
