What Website Edits Are Included?:
If you’re on the Premium plan, you can request updates such as:
Changing or adding text, images, and videos
Updating colors, sections, services, and service locations
Creating new pages
Publishing Project pages or Blog posts
Embedding third-party apps or tools
Integrating new software with your website
What if I’m Not on The Premium plan?:
If you’re not on the Premium plan, you can still make changes to your website using the site editor in your Rebolt dashboard.
However, hands-on website edits performed by Rebolt’s team of Site Engineers are only included with the Premium plan. This includes ongoing change requests, integrations, and managed updates.
You can upgrade to Premium at any time to get hands-on website edits by Rebolt, along with access to all of our other powerful features. Just reach out to our team through Support and we’ll help you get set up.
How do I Request a Website Change?
To submit a request:
Open the Rebolt mobile app (or email [email protected])
Go to Support
Send a message with what you’d like changed and include any relevant materials (images, text, links, etc.)
Our team will take it from there.
