Overview:

Rebolt pulls your latest Google Business Profile reviews and displays them on your site (e.g., Testimonials sections/pages). This keeps your social proof fresh without manual copy-pasting.

How It Works:

  • Rebolt checks your Google reviews on a bi-weekly cycle and imports any new ones.

  • Imported reviews show in your site’s Testimonials area and other review blocks.

  • You can still add or feature specific testimonials manually at any time.

Steps to Ensure Syncing:

  1. Connect Google Business Profile

    • Go to Social Media → Settings → Connected Accounts and connect Google Business Profile.

  2. Enable Auto-Import

    • Go to Website → Testimonials and toggle Auto-import Reviews to On.

  3. Let the Cycle Run

    • New reviews will appear automatically on the next import (about every 2 weeks).

Troubleshooting:

  • Not seeing new reviews? Confirm GBP is connected and Auto-import is enabled, then allow one sync window.

  • Need them sooner? You can temporarily Add a Testimonial manually in Website → Testimonials.
