How Can I get a QR Code to Give Customers to Complete a Google Review?

Short Answer:

From your Rebolt dashboard, go to Company → Links & QR Codes → Google Reviews → QR Code → Download PNG.

You can also access QR codes in the Rebolt mobile app.

Overview:

Rebolt lets you generate a scannable QR code that takes customers straight to your Google Reviews page. Perfect for invoices, handouts, stickers, and vehicles.

Steps:

  1. In Rebolt, open Company.

  2. Click Links & QR Codes.

  3. Under Google Reviews, choose QR Code.

  4. Click Download PNG (use on print pieces) or Copy Reviews Link (use in emails/texts).

Tip: If you don’t see the Google Reviews section, add your Google Place ID in Company → General, then return to Links & QR Codes.

Alternatively, you can access your QR codes by performing the following actions:

  1. Open your Rebolt mobile app

  2. Click on the Rebolt logo in the top left of your screen

  3. Click either:

    1. Get a Google Review for a QR code that will take the customer to the Leave a Review area of your Google Business Profile.

    2. GBusiness Profile for a QR code that takes the user to your Google Business Profile where they can view your reviews & information.

Where To Use It:

  • Thank-you cards, invoices, and service completion slips

  • Yard signs, vehicle decals, and door hangers

  • Email signatures and follow-up text messages
