Overview

Get a Profile Score with specific fixes, then monitor interactions (calls, clicks, reviews) to grow local visibility.

Use GBP Optimizer to tighten your Google listing and measure impact. Two areas keep things simple:

  • Optimizer: See your Profile Score and prioritized recommendations to improve it.

  • Analytics: View month‑over‑month performance for interactions, calls, clicks, reviews, and more.

Connect your profile first to unlock scoring and analytics.

Connect Business Profile

  1. Open GBP Optimizer and click Connect Business Profile.

  2. Sign in with the Google account that manages your GBP.

  3. Approve permissions and return to Rebolt to begin optimizing.

After connecting, you’ll see a Profile Score and a checklist of Things to improve. Common items include:

  • Add a clear Business Description with at least one service and one service area (aim for 250–750 characters).

  • Select your primary category and at least two additional categories that fit your services.

  • Add five or more service areas for broader local coverage.

  • Upload new photos regularly (aim for five or more to start).

  • Reply to reviews to boost engagement and trust.

Click Start Optimizing Now to work through the list, your score updates as you complete items.

See how your profile performs over time:

  • Profile Overview: Interactions, Website Clicks, Calls, Overall Rating, Reviews Received, Bookings.

  • Customer Interaction Chart: Desktop vs. Mobile trends for profile views/interactions.

  • Search Breakdown: Top keywords that surfaced your profile.

  • Platform Breakdown: Traffic from Google Search vs. Google Maps (desktop/mobile).

Use these insights to prioritize updates (e.g., add photos of popular services, expand service areas, or adjust categories).

Pro Tips

  • Finish the basics first. Accurate categories, a clear description, consistent NAP, and real photos drive the biggest gains.

  • Post to GBP regularly. Use Social Media → Posts to publish updates; steady activity reinforces freshness and local relevance.

  • Ask and respond to reviews. Prompt satisfied customers and reply to each review signals engagement and improves conversions.

  • Localize everywhere. Mention service + city in your description and posts; showcase Projects tied to real neighborhoods.

  • Track what moves the needle. Watch Calls and Website Clicks in Analytics; adjust photos, categories, and services if numbers stall.

  • Keep adding photos. New, authentic job photos (before/after, wide shots) outperform stock and lift profile quality.

  • Align with your website. Ensure services and areas match your Rebolt site pages to avoid confusion and improve SEO.
