Overview


A performance dashboard for your Google Business Profile. Track interactions, calls, clicks, ratings, reviews, and the terms customers use to find you.

Choose a date range (e.g., Last month) to view your Profile Overview and detailed charts. Use these insights to see what’s improving and where to focus next.


Profile Overview Cards


  • Profile Score: Overall health of your listing.

  • Profile Interactions: Total customer actions on your GBP.

  • Website Clicks: Visits to your site from GBP.

  • Calls: Phone calls generated by your listing.

  • Overall Rating: Your current star rating.

  • Reviews Received: New reviews in the period.

  • Bookings: Appointments initiated from GBP (if enabled).

Each card may include month‑over‑month deltas so you can spot trends quickly.


Customer Interaction Chart


A line graph breaks down Desktop vs. Mobile activity over time. Use peaks to identify what content or updates may have driven engagement (new photos, posts, categories, or service areas).


Search Breakdown

See the queries that surfaced your profile (e.g., “garage door repair”). Use this to:

  • Confirm you’re showing for your core services and cities.

  • Identify new content opportunities on your site and GBP posts.


Platform Breakdown


Understand where customers discover you:

  • Google Search (Desktop/Mobile)

  • Google Maps (Desktop/Mobile)

If Maps traffic is strong, consider expanding Service Areas; if Search leads, strengthen on‑site Service pages.


Put Insights to Work


  • Rising Calls but flat Website Clicks? Add a booking link and ensure Goals + Lead Capture Tool are prominent on your site.

  • Strong queries for a service? Add fresh Projects and a targeted Blog post; feature related testimonials.

  • Low photo views? Upload new project photos to GBP and your Photo Library; cross‑post via Social Media → Posts.
