Connect accounts, set frequency. Your control center for hands-off social publishing.

Updated over 2 months ago

Overview:

Configure where your posts publish and how Rebolt’s automation runs. Connect accounts, set posting frequency, and confirm the number we’ll use to request quick photo + description prompts to create new social posts and Project pages on your website.

Use Settings to power hands‑off posting. These preferences drive the automation used in Social Media → Posts.

Connected Accounts:

Choose the destinations for publishing. Click Connect next to each platform and follow the prompts.

  • Facebook

  • Google Business Profile

  • Instagram

  • My Rebolt Website

Once connected, posts created manually or via automation will publish to the selected channels.

Frequency:

Tell Rebolt how often to post for you:

  • Multiple times per week

  • Once per month

Pick your Days of the Week, then Save Frequency. Rebolt will use this cadence to periodically remind you to post a quick photo + brief description and then handle publishing and project‑page creation automatically.

How It Works With Posts & Local SEO:

  1. You set Frequency and connect accounts here.

  2. Rebolt send you a push notification reminder you for a quick photo, description & location.

  3. With one reply, Rebolt publishes to your connected channels and creates a new Project page on your website with those photos, keeping content fresh, signaling recency to Google, and reinforcing service + city relevance.

Pro Tips:

  • Connect Google Business Profile first. It’s your biggest Local SEO amplifier; then add Facebook/Instagram and My Rebolt Website.

  • Pick a sustainable Frequency. Start with Multiple times per week, then adjust if your team can’t reply to prompts consistently. Cadence > volume.

  • Set the right Phone Number. Use a number your team actually monitors so photo + Description prompts never get missed.

  • Align Days of the Week to your workflow. Choose days when jobs finish, replying right after a project yields better photos and fresher details.

  • Reply within 24 hours to prompts. One quick photo + Description fuels multi-channel posts and auto-creates a Project page—keeping content fresh with minimal effort.

  • Use a simple caption template. Service + City + Result (e.g., “Fence staining in Abilene, TX 2-day turnaround, weather-sealed”).

  • Favor authentic project photos. Before/after + a wide shot helps both social engagement and on-site Project pages.
