Article Content:
Overview
The Blogs page (left nav: Website → Blogs) is where all your blog posts live — both auto-generated ones and posts you write yourself. Each post gets its own URL and is indexable by search engines, making a consistent blog one of the most effective ways to grow Local SEO traffic over time.
Desktop only. Blogging (both auto-generated and manual) is only available on desktop, not in the Rebolt Mobile App.
Auto-Blogging via CallSync (Primary)
The primary way blogs get created in Rebolt is through CallSync — Rebolt's AI call tracking tool. When CallSync is enabled, every phone call to your business is recorded, transcribed, and scored. Rebolt then automatically converts those call transcripts into ready-to-publish blog posts.
This means every sales conversation, FAQ exchange, or project walkthrough call you have becomes a piece of SEO content — with no extra writing on your part.
Auto-generated posts land in your Drafts tab so you can review and edit before publishing. Nothing goes live without your approval.
CallSync is set up in Marketing → Website Settings → CallSync. Once enabled, blog drafts will start appearing here automatically after calls come in.
Create a Blog Post Manually
You can also write blog posts yourself — useful for service explainers, seasonal tips, local area content, or anything you want to publish that isn't tied to a call.
Click New Blog Post (top-right).
Post Title & Images — enter a title and add a featured image (drag in or select from your Photo Library).
Post Content — write the body of your post and add any additional inline images.
Post SEO — fill in the SEO fields:
Post Excerpt — a short summary shown in search results and previews.
Slug — the URL path for the post (e.g.,
garage-door-tips-austin).Meta Title — the title that appears in search engine results.
Meta Description — the description snippet shown in search results.
Click Publish to go live, or Save as Draft to come back to it.
Published vs Drafts
Two tabs at the top of the page split your posts:
Published — posts currently live on your site.
Drafts — posts in progress, including auto-generated ones from CallSync awaiting your review. The count badge shows how many you have (e.g., Drafts 8).
Nothing in Drafts is visible to visitors until you publish it.
Manage Drafts & Published Posts
Each row in the Blogs list shows:
A thumbnail (featured image).
Title and a short description preview.
A timestamp — "Draft created [date]" for drafts, publication date for published posts.
Preview — open a read-only view of how the post will look to visitors.
Publish — push a draft live (Drafts tab only).
Three-dot menu — edit, delete, or other actions.
Publishing & Visibility
Each post gets its own URL — shareable for email, social, and SEO.
Posts appear on your site's blog index and on each post's dedicated page.
You can update published posts anytime — changes go live immediately.
Pro Tips
Let CallSync do the heavy lifting. If you take discovery or estimate calls, those conversations are full of the exact questions customers search for. Auto-generated drafts from CallSync turn that into SEO content passively.
Review drafts before publishing. Auto-generated posts are a strong starting point but worth a quick scan — edit the title, tighten the intro, and confirm the SEO fields before going live.
Publish consistently rather than perfectly. A short, accurate post that answers a real customer question outperforms a polished post no one searches for.
Mention your service area in posts where relevant — it reinforces Local SEO.
Cross-link. When a blog post covers a service, link to that service page. When a service page references a topic, link back to the blog post.
