Article Content:

Overview

The Links & QR Codes page centralizes the most important destinations for your business β€” your Google Business Profile, customer reviews, website, and link-in-bio page β€” and lets you generate copy-paste links or scannable QR codes to use in marketing materials, emails, social media, and printed assets.

How to Access Links & QR Codes

  1. Click the gear icon in the top-right of your Rebolt dashboard.

  2. In the Settings sidebar, under System, click Links & QR Codes.

Google Business Profile

  • Purpose: Share your official Google Business Profile with customers.

  • Actions: Copy the profile link, or generate a QR code for quick access.

  • Best practices: Use the link on your website, emails, and business cards. Place the QR code on printed materials like flyers and brochures.

Google Reviews

  • Purpose: Direct customers straight to your Google Reviews page to collect feedback.

  • Actions: Copy the reviews link, or generate a QR code for easy sharing.

  • Best practices: Add the link to follow-up emails or thank-you messages. Print the QR code on receipts or service-completion cards to encourage reviews.

Website Link

  • Purpose: Give customers a quick way to visit your website.

  • Actions: Copy your website link, or generate a QR code for offline marketing.

  • Best practices: Use the link in email signatures. Place the QR code on vehicle wraps, yard signs, or physical advertisements.

Link-in-Bio Page

  • Purpose: A single link that aggregates all your important business destinations β€” ideal for social media bios.

  • Actions: Copy the bio link, or generate a QR code for offline use.

  • Best practices: Add it to your Instagram, TikTok, or other social profiles. Use the QR code in promotional materials to drive customers to all your links at once.

Pro Tips

  • Keep your links consistent across all platforms to avoid customer confusion.

  • Use QR codes where scanning is natural β€” flyers, posters, brochures, vehicle wraps, yard signs.

  • Re-check links after rebranding or website changes to make sure they still resolve to the right destination.
