Chat Support (Fastest)


The fastest way to get help is through the in-app chat. Our team typically responds within a few minutes during business hours.

On Desktop

Click the headphones icon in the bottom-right corner of any page in your Rebolt dashboard to open the support chat.

On Mobile

Tap the ↕ icon to open the nav menu, then tap the headset icon at the bottom to reach the Rebolt support team.

  • Send Us a Message — reach out for help with any question or issue.

  • Messages — review previous support conversations.

  • Help Center — tap Search Help to browse Rebolt's FAQ and guides.

Priority support: Chat is the best way to get the fastest response from our team. If your issue is urgent, start a chat rather than sending an email.
