Short Answer:
The Review Manager in your Rebolt dashboard helps you monitor, respond to, and organize customer reviews from your Google Business Profile, while also separating private customer feedback collected through Rebolt’s review requests.
Overview:
The Reviews tab in your Rebolt dashboard is your central hub for reputation management. From here, you can:
Sync and view the latest reviews from your Google Business Profile
Quickly respond to new reviews using AI-generated responses
See which reviews still need a reply
View private customer feedback that is not posted publicly on Google
This setup allows you to stay responsive, professional, and in control of your online reputation, without logging into multiple platforms.
Pull Latest Reviews:
The Pull Latest Reviews button manually refreshes the Reviews tab with any reviews that were recently posted to your Google Business Profile.
Reviews automatically refresh every couple of hours
Use this button if you’re expecting a brand-new review and don’t see it yet
Needs Response:
The Needs Response tab shows all reviews that have not yet been replied to on Google.
For each review, you’ll see:
The customer’s review on one side
An automated response generated for you on the other
You can:
Edit the response until it’s exactly how you want it
Click Regenerate to create a brand-new response from scratch
Click Respond on Google to publish the reply directly to your Google Business Profile
This makes responding to reviews fast while still keeping your messaging personalized and on-brand.
Google Reviews:
The Google Reviews tab displays all reviews currently live on your Google Business Profile, along with any responses you’ve already posted.
This is useful for:
Reviewing your full public review history
Seeing which reviews have already been handled
Ensuring your responses are consistent and professional
Customer Feedback:
The Customer Feedback section contains 1–3 star reviews that were collected using Rebolt’s Get a Review button.
Important things to know:
These reviews do not appear on your Google Business Profile
They are private and visible only to you
They’re intended for internal insight and service improvement
This allows customers to share honest feedback without negatively impacting your public review score.
Start Responding:
When you have reviews that still need your attention, you’ll see a black Start Responding button:
Click the black Start Responding button to enter the response workflow:
On the right side, you’ll see the review itself.
On the left side, Rebolt generates a suggested response you can edit freely.
Use Regenerate to request a new draft if you’d prefer a fresh starting point.
When everything looks perfect, click Respond on Google to publish your response directly to your Google Business Profile.
This flow keeps your responses professional, personalized, and fast.
Why This Matters:
By separating public Google reviews from private customer feedback, and pairing everything with AI-assisted responses, the Review Manager makes it easier to:
Maintain a strong online reputation
Respond quickly and professionally
Learn from customer feedback without public risk
If you ever need help responding to a review or understanding what you’re seeing in the Reviews tab, the Rebolt team is always here to help.
