Short Answer:

Rebolt includes a built-in Reviews Manager that lets you request new Google reviews, view your performance metrics, and respond to customer feedback using AI-generated drafts. Use the orange Get a Review button to request reviews, and the black Start Responding button to reply to incoming reviews with automated responses you can edit and publish.

Overview:

Rebolt’s Reviews Manager helps you stay on top of your Google Business Profile feedback without leaving the dashboard. You can request new reviews, monitor review activity, respond with AI-assisted messages, and track your average response time. Whether you want to encourage more customers to leave feedback or quickly reply to recent reviews, everything you need is in one place.

Key Tools in the Reviews Manager:

Requesting Reviews

  • The orange “Get a Review” button (top right) lets you quickly send a review request to any customer.

  • When clicked, it opens a simple workflow to share your Google Business Profile review link.

Responding to Reviews

  • Click the black “Start Responding” button to open a guided, one-by-one review response flow.

  • Rebolt automatically generates a draft response for each review.

  • You can:

    • Edit the response

    • Regenerate it

    • Skip a review

  • When you're ready, click Respond on Google to publish the reply directly to your Google Business Profile.

Performance Metrics

  • The Performance section shows:

    • Total views your business received on Google

    • Time ranges: week, month, quarter, or year

    • Your average review response time, helping you track responsiveness over different periods.

Needs Response

  • The Needs Response section lists all reviews you haven’t responded to yet.

  • Clicking any review — or selecting View All — opens a page where:

    • AI-generated responses are provided automatically

    • You can edit/regenerate the wording

    • You can publish replies directly to Google

  • The Start Responding button here opens the same one-by-one guided response flow as the top-of-page button.
