Short Answer

Use the chat widget at the bottom-right of our website and ask for a secure billing update link. We’ll send you a one-time link to update your card on file.


Overview

For your security, we don’t take card details over chat or email. Instead, we issue a time-limited, encrypted link so you can update your payment method yourself in seconds.


Steps

  1. Go to rebolthq.com and open the chat widget (bottom-right).

  2. Send: “Please send my billing update link.”

  3. We’ll verify your account and send a secure, one-time link.

  4. Click the link and enter your new card details.

  5. You’ll see a confirmation once your payment method is saved.


Notes

  • Need help by email? Write [email protected] from your account email and we’ll reply with the secure link.

  • Annual plans: your updated card will be used at the next renewal.

  • You can request the link anytime, no need to wait for an invoice date.


Troubleshooting

  • Didn’t receive the link? Check spam/promotions and confirm we have your correct billing email.

  • Link expired? Ask us in chat to resend a fresh one.

  • Card declined? Try another card or contact your bank to approve the charge.
