Short Answer

In Wix → Settings → Roles & Permissions, click Invite Collaborators, enter [email protected], choose a role that allows Domains/DNS changes, and Send Invites. We’ll accept and handle DNS updates for launch.

Overview

Inviting Rebolt as a collaborator in Wix lets us safely update your DNS (A/CNAME) so your domain points to your new Rebolt website. Your old site isn’t deleted; after DNS updates, it simply won’t use the domain.

Steps: Invite Rebolt as a Collaborator

  1. Navigate to your domain in Wix.

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Under General, select Roles & Permissions.

  4. Click Invite Collaborators.

  5. In Emails, enter [email protected].

  6. Select the checkbox(es) for the role(s) you want to assign (Admin).

  7. Click Send Invites.

Recommended Role & Permissions

  • Choose a role that grants access to Domains/DNS (e.g., a role with Site/Domain management).

We only use access to configure DNS for your Rebolt site and verify everything is live.

What We’ll Do With Access

  • Update A/CNAME records so your domain points to your Rebolt website.

  • Verify propagation and confirm your site is live at your brand URL.

Troubleshooting

  • Invite not received? Re-send from Roles & Permissions and have us check spam.

  • Wrong role assigned? Edit the collaborator to grant a role with Domains/DNS permissions.

  • Can’t find Roles & Permissions? From Settings, look under General → Roles & Permissions.
