Overview


The Website → Overview page is the command center for your Rebolt website. From one screen you can see how the site is performing, manage every page (General, Service, Area, Ad, Legal), and trigger common actions like regenerating copy, submitting to IndexNow, and editing your AI system prompt.


Top of Page Actions


In the top-right of the page:

  • Site Editor — open the visual editor to make layout and content changes.

  • View My Site ↗ — open your live site in a new tab.


Analytics — Last 30 Days


A quick-glance row of metrics at the top of the page:

  • Total Visitors — unique visitors over the last 30 days, with the delta vs the previous period.

  • Total Pageviews — total pageviews over the last 30 days, with delta.

  • Form Submissions — leads captured via forms. Click View all → to see the full list.

  • Phone Calls — tracked calls via your forwarding number (CallSync).


General Pages


The evergreen pages most visitors expect — Home, Contact, About Us, Thank you, We're Hiring, etc.

Per-page actions (icons next to each row, left to right):

  • Page prompt — set an copy prompt specific to that page.

  • Delete — remove the page.

  • Edit — open the page in the Site Editor.


Service Pages


One page per service you offer (e.g., Garage Door Installation, Garage Door Maintenance). Clear, targeted service pages rank better and convert more visitors.

  • Add services from Settings → Account → Services & Areas. Each new service auto-generates a page that shows up here.

  • The same per-page icon set applies: page prompt, delete, edit.

  • The gear icon in the Service Pages section header opens section-level settings.


Areas Served Pages


A page per city/region you serve (e.g., Atlanta, GA, Marietta, GA). These support local SEO and help customers confirm you work in their area.

  • Add areas from Settings → Account → Services & Areas (up to 45).

  • Each area gets its own auto-generated, locally optimized page.


Ad Landing Pages


Create focused pages for campaigns (Google Ads, mailers, social). Keep them streamlined: one offer, one CTA, minimal nav.

  • Create new landers using the + button in the Ad Landing Pages section.


Legal Pages


Add Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for compliance and trust. Once created, links auto-appear in your site footer.


Pro Tips


  • Watch the deltas on the analytics cards — a sudden drop in pageviews or visitors is worth investigating.

  • One service = one page for better rankings and clearer messaging.

  • Submit to IndexNow after major updates (new services, new areas, big copy changes) to speed up discovery.

  • Use the Site Editor for fast visual tweaks with immediate preview.

  • Tune your AI tone via Edit System Prompt if generated copy feels off-brand. Adjustments here apply across page regenerations.
